About a month ago I attended an event that would go to change me forever. A small, well organised festival ran by several collectives of Spain's capital and involving emerging talent in the country.
I was left touched by it's people, the music, the attitude, and the overall sense of energy and community that I was surrounded by. For days on end I kept pinching myself and thinking that what I witnessed was the beginning of a tectonic shift within the spanish electronic underground.
I went there to share an experience with 100+ randomers, and I went back home with 100+ new friends, people that i'm beginning to consider an extended family.
These 4 tracks, written in memory of the events there lived, are what little I can do to express how thankful I am for this experience, and I hope it can serve my fellow attendees as a souvenir of our passing through those fields.
I love you all,
Don't be a stranger.

Rather than make a big statement, the tracks celebrate diversity in electronic music tradition, focusing on the kinds of techno and house that Black artists helped shape. A thoughtful collection of experiments that looks forward to peace more than it rages against the present. Deferent Golgi
